Withdrawal from the contract

Right to withdraw within 14 days

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Sending the notice on the last day of the period is sufficient.

How to proceed

Notify us by email at galaxia.brisudova@gmail.com or by post to [Ulica a číslo, PSČ Mesto]; you may use the form below. Return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal, unused and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.

Refund

We refund all payments including delivery within 14 days of receiving your notice, by the same means you paid, once the goods are back or you have proven you sent them.

Exceptions

The right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised.
