Terms and conditions

1. Seller

2. Orders and contract

An order placed in the online shop is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email. Every piece is a hand-cast original; small differences in the surface are not a defect.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro including VAT. Pay by card or bank transfer through a secure payment gateway. Goods are dispatched once payment is received.

4. Delivery

Dispatched by courier within 3 working days of payment, in gift packaging. Shipping within Slovakia is free; EU rates are shown at checkout.

5. Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason; see Withdrawal. This does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification.

6. Complaints

Goods carry a 24-month warranty; see the Complaints procedure.

7. Disputes

Consumers may use alternative dispute resolution through the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk) or the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Final provisions

Matters not covered here are governed by Slovak law, in particular Act No. 102/2014 Coll. and Act No. 250/2007 Coll.
